AR Specialist

Roessel Joy is partnering with a Greater Boston area veterinary service to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team! The person in this seat will assist in owning Collections processes for the company and will ideally have a strong customer service background.

Responsibilities:

• Post payments on a daily basis
• Utilize aging reports to process refunds
• Work directly with Client Care team to ensure that all customer disputes are resolved
• Retrieve and process daily receipts

Requirements

• Strong customer service background a plus
• 2+ years collections experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
