- • Handle the full work members under the shift.
- • Ensure the manpower is used fully and control the overtime.
- • Plan in advance the work to be done.
- Prepare request for materials and ensure smooth work flow Allocate to work.
- • Liaise with Q.C. for the various inspection requirements and follow up.
- • Liaise with client for any issues to solve.
- • Ensure the job is completed in time.
