Job Description

YOUR MISSION 

Behind every Dior Beauty Consultants (BC) retail performance instore is a team that supports them with their retail tools training needs and content. You will join the Travel Retail APAC Regional Training Team reporting to the Regional Training Project Manager.

You will work on supporting the Regional Training Team through managing the elements and tools of retail performance and training on our various apps administration support and liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors. You will also have the opportunity to create regionally adapted fun and informative elearning content for our BCs.

                                                           

TRAINING CONTENT SUPPORT

  • Create elearning news posts in line with regional topics (i.e. Trending products in Asia videos from Chinese KOLs brand events)
  • Maintain elearning modules list
  • Support in the coordination with external vendor for translations of training elearning materials
  • Support in the management and upload of training elearning content on the internal elearning platforms
  • Use apps such as Adobe Premium Pro Capcut to edit training video and/or add subtitles

 

MANAGEMENT OF BCS RETAIL NEEDS AND TOOLS

  • Create Update regionally produced retail and training tools using Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
  • Liase with with external vendor for production translation and shipping

 

TRAINING ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

  • Consolidation and maintenance of the weekly training updates file
  • Ensuring database of BCs are kept up to date
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders (i.e. Training Managers) on their needs with external vendors when applicable (i.e. Translation Agencies)
  • Attend monthly training meetings disseminate recordings and meeting minutes to attendees
  • Support in the financial processing of quotations invoices and updating of budget expenses.
  • Consolidating product orders needs for training teams and courier to various markets
  • Organizational and logistical support for BC training seminars marketing GTM meetings or any ad hoc events.    

Qualifications :

WHO YOU ARE

  • Able to commit (fulltime) at least 6 months (Jul 25 to Dec 25
  • University student or fresh graduate who wish to get indepth knowledge in retail training with the exposure of a leading luxury beauty Brand the House of Dior
  • You have an understanding and appreciation of the luxury beauty industry
  • You are a highly motivated and fast learner who pays strong attention to details
  • You enjoy teamwork and have positive attitude with good project management skills
  • You are digitally savvy organized openminded agile energetic desire to work in a multicultural environment
  • Good content creation and video editing skills
  • Skills on Adobe Illustrator Photoshop Premium Pro Canva Capcut and Excel
  • Chinese language capability would be a plus
