Handle outsourced employee recruitment and manage outsourced companies.
Organize group training programs and implementation.
Manage employee profile onboarding and required documents to ensure compliance. Regularly review labor contracts for timely renewals and updates on position location and working hours.
Oversee employee departure process including iTermination tracking error correction updates and issuance of departure certificates.
Responsible for attendance system operation including setting up attendance for new employees.
Assist expatriates in obtaining work permits residence permits and annual renewals.
Participate in HR projects activities and other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
13 years of HR experience or a highpotential fresh graduate.
Familiar with HR policies structure and processes; understanding of government personnel policies and legal requirements is preferred.
Proficient in Excel Word and Outlook;
Detailoriented strong teamwork skills quick learner and a mindset for continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
