Roles and Responsibilities:
- End to End Recruitment.
- Sourcing Interviewing Vendor management Job Portal
- Managing the end to end recruitment cycle for Bulk Hiring Support and BPO Functions hiring which includes multichannel sourcing screening interviewing attracting and selecting appropriate talent salary and level benchmarking.
- Hiring experienced candidates across different Recruiting for multiple Accounts for BPO Industry.
- Worked on bulk hiring Mass hiring BPO hiring Agent based CSE hiring positions with great turnaround and closure time.
- Sourced relevant candidates through Job Boards Social Networking sites Employee Referral Job Postings and other networks. Conducted the initial technical screening to determine suitability and interest of candidate.
