Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing screening conducting interviews negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards social media referrals and networking to source potential candidates.
- Comprehend the technical requirements for roles including System Administrators Network Engineers Developers and Project Managers.
- Establish a robust pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
- Ensure efficient and effective fulfillment of mid to senior-level positions within stipulated timeframes.
Requirements
- 3 years of IT recruitment experience (preferably in the system integration or IT services sector).
- Proficiency in technologies such as Networking Cloud Cybersecurity and Development.
- Hands-on experience with job portals LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
