TOTAL EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years


Notice Period: Immediate - 1 Month

We are in need of an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with a proven track record in identifying evaluating and securing top IT talent. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process for a dynamic technology-focused organization involved in large-scale IT initiatives within e-Governance System Integration and Infrastructure Services.





Key Responsibilities:






  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing screening conducting interviews negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards social media referrals and networking to source potential candidates.
  • Comprehend the technical requirements for roles including System Administrators Network Engineers Developers and Project Managers.
  • Establish a robust pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure efficient and effective fulfillment of mid to senior-level positions within stipulated timeframes.


Requirements



  • 3 years of IT recruitment experience (preferably in the system integration or IT services sector).
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Networking Cloud Cybersecurity and Development.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
