Male HR Recruiter - Bulk Hiring (BPO)
Location: Infopark Kakkanad
Job Type: Full-time Hybrid (5 days a week)
Work Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Salary: 20000 to 25000 per month
Cab Facilities: Available
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The role involves handling end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO roles sourcing the right talent and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bulk hiring for various BPO positions.
- Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
- Schedule and manage interviews negotiate offers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives as needed.
Requirements
- MBA graduate with 1 2 years of experience in sales telesales or bulk recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Familiarity with hiring platforms like Naukri LinkedIn Indeed etc.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
