Our client is a leading banking company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Design and implement business expansion strategies for targeted regions customer segments and sales units aligning with the corporate banking vision.
Set and monitor corporate banking sales objectives for business divisions ensuring team accountability and goal achievement.
Drive corporate banking sales across various regions segments and business units through: > Sales campaigns > Customer acquisition initiatives > Direct support for business units in customer outreach > Implementation of industryspecific and segmentbased customer strategies (ecosystems supply chains etc.
Address business unit requests regarding sales targets corporate banking product policies and programs by coordinating with relevant departments at the headquarters for resolution.
Manage the corporate banking sales force including: > Evaluate sales team performance and contract renewals. > Collaborate on workforce planning recruitment and professional training initiatives. > Foster a talent pipeline by identifying and developing highpotential employees.
Partner with various headquarters teams to ensure consistent and effective corporate banking operations across the organization.
Minimum 9 years of experience in Corporate Banking including at least 3 years in a managerial position at the departmental level or at least 1 year as a Director of a Corporate Banking Operations Center.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong preference for candidates with English proficiency (TOEIC 650 or equivalent certifications).
Ability to handle highpressure work environments and manage heavy workloads effectively.
Excellent communication skills systematic thinking and decisionmaking ability.
High discipline and professional integrity.
