Are you an organised and detailoriented professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment We are seeking an experienced Trades Scheduler/Administrator to manage client accounts handle administrative tasks and support our overall operations. What You Will be Doing
Job Scheduling: Use the SimPRO job management system to schedule and reallocate jobs for trade services.
Order Processing: Handle orders invoices and payments efficiently.
Client Account Management: Keep client accounts uptodate and accurate ensuring seamless service delivery.
Reporting: Prepare and distribute essential reports documents and correspondence.
Client Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly enhancing client satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to streamline processes and improve service quality.
