About the Role

Are you an organised and detailoriented professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment We are seeking an experienced Trades Scheduler/Administrator to manage client accounts handle administrative tasks and support our overall operations. If you thrive in a fastpaced setting and excel at multitasking this role is perfect for you!

What You Will be Doing

  • Job Scheduling: Use the SimPRO job management system to schedule and reallocate jobs for trade services.

  • Order Processing: Handle orders invoices and payments efficiently.

  • Client Account Management: Keep client accounts uptodate and accurate ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute essential reports documents and correspondence.

  • Client Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly enhancing client satisfaction.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to streamline processes and improve service quality.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience: Proven track record in scheduling and dispatching trades.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and experience with SimPRO software (desired but not essential).
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
