Job Description

Ideal candidate for the Operations Administrator:
Compliance & Operations Manager Behavioral Health Services sector

Background & Education
  • Degree: Bachelors in business administration (masters in healthcare administration preferred)
  • Certifications: CARF Accreditation Training Certified Compliance Ethics
  • Professional (CCEP) a plus
Experience:
  • 3 years in a leadership role within a behavioral health or healthcare setting
  • 3 years in compliance licensing and regulatory oversight
  • Familiar with CMH (Community Mental Health) systems and documentation
  • Experience managing audits corrective action plans and policy development
Key Skills
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to coach and develop teams especially Operations Associates
  • Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of licensing CARF standards and CMH requirements
  • Communication: Skilled in liaising with guardians vendors support coordinators and internal teams
  • Documentation Oversight: Experienced in managing IPOS Behavior Plans Crisis Plans and incident reporting
  • Training Coordination: Manages refresher training schedules (CPI CPR TB Rights)
  • HR Oversight: Familiar with compensation planning background checks and onboarding processes

  • Ethical & Professional: Holds self and others to high standards of care and conduct
  • Flexible: Willing to work evenings/weekends as needed

  • Proficient in internal communication platforms (e.g. FIN)
  • Comfortable with digital documentation systems and audit tools
