Your Role
We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and support our Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) platform. This role is vital for ensuring the system operates efficiently remains secure and meets organizational needs. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintaining and optimizing the system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations maintenance and troubleshooting of the Infor CloudSuite Distribution system.
- Manage user accounts security settings and ensure data integrity across the platform.
- Perform regular updates backups and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation while recommending system upgrades as needed.
- Provide user training and support including diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Monitor system performance identify areas for improvement and facilitate integrations with other systems.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain network file systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionality with business objectives.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Infor CloudSuite Distribution or similar ERP systems.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving organizational analytical and planning skills.
- Familiarity with scripting and hardware troubleshooting.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to support collaboration across departments.
- Proven expertise in database management cloud computing and network infrastructure.
- Industry certifications related to ERP systems or system administration are a plus.
