Zeltonic: Resells AEC software products such as CAD BIM Visualization PDF and security tools.
Tech Magify: Specializes in software development on various technology platforms and is an Advanced Zoho Partner implementing CRM Sales & Marketing HR Finance and Collaboration apps.
This role involves representing the company s brands Studio4 Zeltonic Tech Magify and Prism Logic by positioning all options/brands to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and decisionmakers within client organizations through research cold calling web meetings LinkedIn social media events and other online tools.
Target clients in industries such as ArchitectureEngineeringConstruction (AEC) Oil & Gas Real Estate and Public Infrastructure (for Studio4 & Zeltonic) and all other industries (for Tech Magify).
Plan and pitch projects for BIM software sales software development and Zoho implementation.
Meet potential clients facetoface by networking growing maintaining and leveraging your network.
Attend client meetings prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and follow up until the project/sale is awarded.
Collaborate with Studio4 s internal presales technical team to prepare quotes and proposals negotiate and close orders.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including client interactions sales transactions and followup actions in the CRM system.
Achieve targets for the number of meetings calls and sales conversions.
Expected deal values range from Rs. 15 Lakhs to Rs. 1 Crore.
Qualification:
Fulltime employment. 6 days a week 1st & 3rd Saturdays are holidays).

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree with an MBA (preferred).
Experience:
BDE: 13 years in field sales of goods or services to industries such as Real Estate Construction Infrastructure or Software Development in Mumbai & Pune.
BDM: 46 years in the same fields.
Proficiency in using software MS Office and presentation tools.
Highly organized resultoriented and detailoriented.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
BDE: Rs. 3.00 to 5.00 Lakhs (annual CTC).
BDM: Rs. 5.00 to 8.00 Lakhs (annual CTC).
