You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Business Development Associate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of eLimu by identifying and securing new business opportunities forming strategic partnerships and expanding eLimus market presence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking sales acumen and a passion for education technology.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the educational technology sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including partnerships licensing deals and client acquisition particularly in the K12 education space.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including schools Brands educational institutions and industry influencers.
Conduct market research to understand trends customer needs and competitive landscape and use this information to drive strategic decisions.
Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients and partners highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
Work closely with the product marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company goals and product offerings
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that support business development efforts including lead generation content marketing and social media strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales materials training programs and tools to support the sales team and enhance their effectiveness.
Lead negotiations and finalize contracts ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Track and report on business development activities pipeline progress and performance metrics to the senior management team.
Qualifications :
4 years of experience in business development sales or a related field preferably within the EdTech or educational sector.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Education or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the educational technology market and K12 education sector.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
Understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools including SEO SEM social media and content marketing.
A genuine interest in education and a passion for creating positive learning experiences for children.
