Job Description
1. Provide best / timely service to dealer and key customers
2. Conduct product training to internal sales team and external customer
3. Support technical / product training to dealer and internal sales team
4. Can independent work / comm. with product marketing team in AP or HQ
5. Conduct detailed failure analysis on products or equipment
6. Develop and implement plans for addressing root causes of failures
7. Create failure reports and presentations for internal and external customer
8. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve failure system
9. Plan risk assessments to prevent future failures
Qualifications :
1. Stronger industrial knowhow in the fields of surveillance software development and IT domain
2. Stronger communication & presentation skills and well selfmotivation
3. Ambitious working attitude is required
4. Fluency in English listening writing and speaking
5. Diploma or bachelors degree in EE Engineering computer Science or related field
6. Experience with system troubleshooting techniques incl. software hardware and IT networking system
7. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
