Overall Purpose of Job:
Sustainability Analyst will support the development and execution of Sustainability strategy of KOSTAL Group by developing and managing sustainability data gathering processes in collaboration with internal partners across the company.
Reporting to the Global Head of Sustainability the sustainability analyst will manage data for environmental social and governance reporting within the global organization and liaison with relevant functions for customer requests by preparing the supporting materials and maintaining the appropriate reporting systems and documentation to meet ESG related legislative reporting customer and audit requirements. Sustainability analyst will perform controlling of sustainability data with internal partners provide data foundation and regular reporting for the KOSTAL Groups ESG reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and external partners.
By developing strong connections with our global internal network Sustainability Analyst should be one of the subject matter experts supporting the internal partners including performing training sessions.
Sustainability Analyst will actively take part in global sustainability projects to support the execution of KOSTAL Groups global sustainability strategy.
Main tasks roles and responsibilities:
- Managing and responding sustainability related customer requests maintaining the appropriate reporting systems and documentation.
- Together with the Sustainability analyst maintain responses in sustainability portals.
- Updating the external request tracker and the detailed database on customer requirements and commitments.
- In cooperation with the sustainability analyst support internal verification and audit of sustainability data and metrics.
- Provide internal stakeholder training on Sustainability data gathering and reporting
- Support sustainability related disclosure processes CDP ECOVADIS Drive and other customer specific information requests
- Support the Sustainability project specialist in the execution of global sustainability projects.
Qualifications :
Experiences and requirements:
Education
- College or University degree preferably in the field of Environmental studies Engineering or related field.
Work experiences time/seniority/ sector:
- 03 years of work experience.
Technical/ IT knowledge:
- Excellent MS office skills
- Basic knowledge of ESG principles reporting standards ratings and frameworks (i.e. GRI GHG Protocol)
- Experience in Sustainability operational management in a shared services environment or project management skill
