Technical Support Engineer Automation (Hybrid Santa Clara CA)
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for a large global B2B hightech company. This role will manage and resolve challenging issues for the Clients partners and customers. This includes developing subject matter expertise within the technical support department. The engineer is responsible for owning and resolving issues on a daily basis technical cases created by customers seeking help to understand or resolve an unexpected behavior or answering technical questions about the Clients software and platform.
This is a 12month contract (Extension possible). 40 hours per week HYBRID role Working 23 days onsite at the client office in the US.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
