Our client is a company specialized in manufacturing who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Strategic Advisor:
Offer expert technical advice on incinerator technology to assist the Chairman in making investment product development and market expansion decisions.
Analyze trends in incinerator technology and propose innovative solutions for improvement.
Technology Assessment and Optimization:
Evaluate the performance of current incinerator systems and suggest optimization strategies to boost efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
Research and recommend advanced technologies and new materials to enhance incinerator performance.
Monitor and update on new technology trends and legal regulations related to incinerators.
Project Management Support
Participate in largescale incineratorrelated projects ensuring technical requirements are met on time and with quality.
Coordinate with technical production and R&D departments to implement technological solutions.
Procurement and Bidding
Participate in evaluating and selecting suppliers products and services related to incinerators.
Training and Developing Human Resources:
Facilitate internal training on incinerator technology for technical and management staff.
Develop technical documentation and operation manuals for incinerator systems.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Evaluate technical risks in incinerator projects and propose preventive measures.
Ensure incinerator systems comply with current safety environmental and legal standards.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering Energy Thermal Engineering or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the incineration field thermal technology or related industries.
Fluent in English.
Extensive knowledge of incinerator technology refractory materials and operating procedures.
Strong analytical evaluation and problemsolving skills for complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to engage with senior leadership.
Eagerness to stay updated on the latest innovations in incineration technology.
Honest responsible proactive and meticulous.
