Senior Subcontractors Procurement Engineer

About the Job

• Implement Procurement strategies to deliver duties with the best practices.
• Set a plan for all procurement requests to specify the priorities and possible subcontractors.
• updating and feeding subcontractors vendor list.
• Shortlist for selected subcontractors in the market. (based on subcontractor’s vendor list - project vendor list).
• Following EUC subcontracting process steps for project package (ITT - financial and commercial comp, - confirming budget based on package scope of work - placing subcontract with all related package documents).
• Responsible for appropriate subcontractor selection /bidding processes.
• Project package minimum achieved saving 10%.
• Advance payment following up.
• Coordinate with concerned departments to assure subcontract kick-off
• Responsible of the implementation of the HSE procedures in his area.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Civil
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Proficient in AutoCAD, and Good knowledge in Revit,
• Soft Skills: Attention to details, Leadership, Management, Negotiation Skills, Time Management, Communication, and Analytical
• English Language skills: Very Good
• Minimum Years of experience: 5 years of experience
