To Be Successful In This Role You Will
- Have a high school diploma/GED equivalent
- Have a Technical diploma or Associates degree in a Mechanical field
- Have 2+ years of relevant industry experience (airline, military, oilfield, or automotive)
- Possess Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills and team skills
- Have excellent mechanical aptitude
- Be able to use common and specialty tooling including test equipment
- Be able to read and interpret maintenance documents, drawings, parts lists and follow formal procedures
- Have good skills in the use of measurement and gauging equipment and processes
