Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends potential partners and growthopportunities.
• Stay informed about industry developments regulatory changes and emergingtechnologies
• Identify and engage potential strategic partners including exchanges blockchain projects and financial institutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and mutual growth
• Generate new business leads and opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building
• Lead negotiations with potential partners ensuring favorable terms and agreements
• Drive deals to closure while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with product marketing and legal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives
• Provide feedback from the market to internal teams for continuous improvement
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities pipeline and key performance indicators

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience doing business development
• 1 year of experience in web3/crypto
• Background in at least one or a combination of business development strategy operations venture building management consulting branding project management
