Sales Representative
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Representative with expertise in the construction industry particularly in windows and doors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with contractors builders architects and homeowners. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes as well as the ability to communicate the features effectively and benefits of our windows and doors to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the construction sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in the construction industry including contractors builders architects and homeowners.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our windows and doors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral promotional materials and marketing campaigns tailored to the construction industry.
Stay uptodate with industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Prepare and present sales proposals quotes and contracts to potential customers negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the construction industry with a focus on windows and doors preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and stakeholders.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software
