Position Title: Appointment Setter/Outbound Sales Representative
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Salary: Php 25000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN APPOINTMENT SETTER/OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities as an Appointment Setter/Outbound Sales Representative:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to set up appointments for the sales team.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling email campaigns and other leadgeneration strategies.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the value propositions of our offerings.
Track and manage leads in the CRM system ensuring accurate and timely followup.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment setting and lead generation targets.
Prepare and submit regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Qualifications as an Appointment Setter/Outbound Sales Representative:

Minimum 1 year of call center experience in the BPO industry.
At least 6 months of experience in appointment setting lead generation and telesales.
Fluent in conversational English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goaloriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
