Job Description

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiation, reference checks, and closing the vacancies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and optimize the candidate experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring activity and effectiveness
