Position Overview:
Supervises all HR areas of the Art Studio including Organization development and talent
development recruiting and labor relationship. This position also oversees Administration
Production and Design team.
Key Accountabilities:
HR planning from Organizational Development aspect to maintain the studios sustainability.
Responsible for employee relationships and labor management
Develop HR programs of benefit evaluation compensation and grading systems.
Work closely with Management to maintain a transparent and healthy relationship.
Talent development planning training management
Provide guidance and customized coaching to all studio members to develop talents.
Being a role model to create a united and aligned organization with high business standards.
Perform other administrative tasks as requested by Management including making research document
preparation and filing and distributing mail.
Demonstrate strong commitments to organizational success and high performance through own behaviors and
lead others by example to maintain positive and cooperative workplace culture while enforcing Companys
Workplace Policies within the team.
