Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic creative and hardworking candidate to join our team. Main duties

To coordinate all sales events communication and marketing activities for the retail/beauty lounge.
To liaise with potential partners for our services
To find new partners for joint ventures
To seek and access customer feedback and report recommendations to management
To oversee all marketing and branding activities
To coordinate all social media and traditional marketing activities
To lead in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies
To liaise with suppliers and external agencies concerning marketing and sales activities
To support with content creation
To contribute to the achievement of sales targets
Represent at events
Create and deliver retailer presentations to obtain their buyin as needed in partnership
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Any other duties as may be required in line with the role and business needs.

Requirements

Requirements

HND Degree in sales marketing or communication
23 work experience in retail sales marketing communication or events preferred
Experience working in retail and beauty space is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Eagerness to learn and willingness to take ownership of projects.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good interpersonal skills
Proactive worker with the ability to be innovative suggest ideas and use their own initiative
Good proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (word excel PowerPoint) the internet and Social media platforms such as TikTok Facebook Instagram website etc.
