Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field. Masters degree or CFA designation preferred.
  
• Proven experience (5 years) in financial modelling preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling software
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make datadriven recommendations.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  
• Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial analysis.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Modelling: Develop comprehensive financial models to analyse residential construction projects including revenue projections cost estimates and cash flow forecasts.
   
2. Risk Assessment: Assess financial risks and opportunities associated with residential construction projects and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
   
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate budgets and forecasts monitoring actual performance against projections and identifying variances.
   
4. Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of different variables and assumptions on project outcomes enabling informed decisionmaking.
   
5. Financial Reporting: Prepare clear and concise financial reports and presentations for senior management stakeholders and investors highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
   
6. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends market conditions and regulatory changes affecting residential construction projects providing insights to support strategic planning.
   
7. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including finance operations and procurement to gather data validate assumptions and ensure alignment of financial models with business objectives.
   
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial modelling processes tools and methodologies driving efficiency and accuracy in financial analysis.
