Job Description

- Answer queries and provide support to employees/HR Business Partners on Firm benefit programs and resources
- Liaise with Health and Wellbeing related vendors to resolve issues, monitor invoice processes and review vendor performance in line with agreed SLAs
- Coordinate and execute local and regional related events, such as face-to-face or virtual webinars/trainings designed to meet the needs of employees, managers and/or other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other HR functions, employee-led networks and wellbeing influencers in delivering targeted programs and communication
- Work closely with various internal departments on communications and promotional campaigns (emails, posters, etc.)
