Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential clients to understand their insurance needs and present suitable life insurance options.
2. Educate clients on the benefits and features of different life insurance policies.
3. Provide personalized recommendations and advice to help clients make informed decisions.
4. Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients explaining the coverage terms and conditions.
5. Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including client interactions and followups.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
8. Stay uptodate with industry trends product knowledge and competitors to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales preferably in the insurance industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
5. Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a passion for sales.
6. Knowledge of life insurance products policies and regulations.
7. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance concepts in a simple and clear manner.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
9. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
10. High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
11. Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred).
