Job Description:
As the Quality Management System Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established procedures proper utilization of quality documentation specified by the Quality Management System (QMS) and contributing to the continuous improvement of QMS activities. You will oversee the updating of the Quality Management System manage document dissemination and actively participate in process improvement initiatives. Additionally you will compile analyze and communicate key performance indicators and quality information during meetings such as process reviews and management reviews. Leading Process Risk Analyses and driving a QMS integration project will also be integral parts of your role. You will coordinate the monitoring of Quality Change files documents and assess their impacts.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Pharmacy or equivalent (Bac5)
- Minimum of 57 years of professional experience in a similar role preferably within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry
- Analytical and synthetic thinking skills with a strong sense of rigor and ethics
- Organized and autonomous with a proactive approach to professional activities
- Excellent written communication skills both in English and French
- Familiarity with regulations and standards associated with Medical Devices: ISO 13485 (2016) 21CFR820 MDD 93/42/EC Regulation 2017/745
- Proficient in computer tools such as Word Excel PowerPoint
