Sales Manager

NOK Human Capital is hiring Sales Manager for Bless the wellknown personal care product manufacturing company.

Location: Sheraton.

Job Description:

* Ability to implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.

* Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

* Set sales goals operation plan compare performance to goals and adjust goals as needed.

* Set KPIs for sales team to measure their performance.

* Developing sales team through motivation counseling.

* Assess current team performance processes and procedures identify opportunities for improvement and implement them.

* Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.

* Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products through doing market analysis customer surveys and competition status.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in pharmacy veterinary medicine or science.

* 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical field.

* Very Good command of English both written and spoken.

* Experience setting sales goals.

* Resultsoriented with strong analytical skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
