Job Description:

• Primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective assistance to customers resolving support tickets and technical inquiries efficiently.
• Prioritize and manage support tickets to meet the companys established service level expectations.
• Posses the necessary technical knowledge and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve issues related to company products & APIs.
• To complete the task assigned by superiors in accordance with company goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: with 1 year and above experience. Fresh Graduate are welcomed.
• A good communication discipline selfmotivated and a team player that able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Recognized Diploma & above.
• Problem solving skills.
• Basic practical knowledge of C# .Net API
• Able to troubleshoot debug and resolve .Net/C#/API application issues.
• Ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

Remuneration:
RM 2900 RM 4000

Work Hours:
Monday Friday 10am 7pm
