IT Project ManagerTraining Lead

As the Training Lead you will design and implement training programs to ensure the successful integration of a new DevSecOps platform within engineering teams. This role requires autonomous work and strong multitasking skills to develop adaptively learning solutions.

Principal Duties:

Develop a strategic training plan for Wind River Studio.

Collaborate with subjectmatter experts to define content for various learning formats.

Work with the training team to maintain current and accessible digital training materials.

Support seminar sessions and simplify training access across channels.

Manage training content on the learning management system with a global LMS Specialist.

Understand training needs through regular feedback and adapt training materials accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in technical training preferably in tech or engineering fields.

Ability to convert technical concepts into easytounderstand training materials.

Experienced with learning management systems and elearning platforms.

Strong project management skills.

Excellent command of English.

Desirable:

Experience with Cornerstone and Skilljar systems.

Background in the automotive industry.

Basic graphic design skills.
