Role:
We lead product development across 18 range areas. Currently 6 of these areas are supported by an insights specialist as a close business partner. The rest are still conducting research independently at the moment. We are looking for a research coordinator to support these other 12 range areas and guide them in the right direction when they have research needs assisting in setting up research for range areas and their product development teams. The main tasks revolve around:
Providing firstline light support for research needs such as pointing to the right sources to use identifying a suitable research supplier and ensuring basic care to avoid duplication alignment with other research etc.Creating communication materials to help stakeholders navigate the existing insight offerings and the research options they may have.Proactively identifying synergies between insight project needs and exploring these with other stakeholders and members of the insight team.Maintaining an overview of research projects in various range areas. Evaluating supplier mix feedback and expenditures uploading the results to our insights sharing platform.
