What youll do:

As our Head of People youll be instrumental in crafting and executing a robust HR strategy that aligns with our ambitious goals. Youll be at the forefront of:

• Manage organisational change initiatives to ensure seamless transitions during our rapid growth phases and potential strategic exits.
• Use your experience to expand our team quickly and efficiently understanding the unique dynamics of a scaling startup.
