Job Description:

  • Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes from sourcing to selection.
  • Proactively source and engage with candidates using various channels.
  • Promote the employer brand and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
  • 02 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to leverage recruitment metrics.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced global environment.
