We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead the development and delivery of our internal platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the endtoend delivery of projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with experience in .NET Angular and Microsoft Azure as well as a deep understanding of DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of internal platform projects from inception to completion ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product owners developers QA engineers and other stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
• Ensure the development team follows best practices in coding testing and deployment promoting a culture of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with the product team to plan sprints and ensure the backlog of user stories features and bugs is properly prioritized and refined providing technical insights and feasibility assessments to guide decisionmaking and ensure the development team is always working on the highestvalue items that align with the platforms technical architecture and roadmap.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on project progress providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the development process identifying opportunities for automation optimization and cost savings.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
• 7 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a technical delivery management role.
• Strong technical background with handson experience in .NET Angular and Microsoft Azure.
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices including continuous integration continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects in an Agile environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate crossfunctional teams.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and/or project management (e.g. PMP Prince2) is a plus.
