Job Description

- Planning and preparing courses and lessons. Maintaining up to date subject knowledge related to CBSE preparation for Classes 6th to 10th;
- Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere;
- Be proactively involved in teaching students;
- Assessing recording and reporting on the development and progress of students;
- Motivating facilitating teaching according to the pupil s educational needs;
- Communicating consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises;
- Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning;
- Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes assignments and quizzes;
- Invigilating quizzes and final examinations;
- Grading assignments and quizzes in a timely manner;
- Attending meetings with parents and staff;
- Documenting and reporting on students progress;
- Planning and presenting lessons to facilitate students understanding and application of mathematical concepts;
- Sourcing the resources and supplies needed for lessons.
A Teacher is a professional who teaches students based on national curriculum guidelines within their specialist subject areas. Their duties include assigning homework, grading tests, documenting progress and keeping up with parent communication. They communicate and evaluate needs to ensure every student feels challenged but not overwhelmed by the material being covered.
