Senior Product Manager

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
  
• Conduct market research competitive analysis and customer interviews to identify opportunities and gaps.
  
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements.
  
• Lead endtoend product development from ideation to launch.
  
• Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements create user stories and ensure timely delivery.
  
• Champion usercentric design principles and advocate for exceptional user experiences.
  
• Collaborate with design engineering strategy and other teams to ensure successful product launches.
  
• Facilitate communication and alignment across different departments.
  
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
  
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance.
  
• Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product features.
  
• Continuously monitor user feedback and iterate based on user needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Business Engineering).
  
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience preferably in technology or software companies.
  
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
  
• Experience with both B2B and B2C products is a preferable.
  

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
  
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
