Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Waiter/Senior Waiter at Gulf Suites Hotel - Amwaj located in Manama. As a Waiter/Senior Waiter, your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer service, taking and serving orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written will be a advantage
• Additional proficiency in other languages is a plus
