About the role

Our Genies are the heart of our business. And were looking for a passionate Head of People to lead the future of our business. We are a diverse bunch all dedicated to helping build a hugely successful LegalTech company that has a positive impact on society.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR Leader to play a crucial role in implementing HR strategies aimed at supporting our ambitious growth plans.

You will be responsible for creating and leading the Human Resources department and driving initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment for our Genies:

• You will think strategically and proactively playing a critical role in developing the workforce ensuring Genie AI remains an employer of choice and implementing HR strategies aligned with our overall business objectives and values
  
• You will work with our TA Manger on onboarding processes and talent strategy to help attract top talent and ensure a seamless integration into Genie culture
  
• Your expertise will be vital in fostering highperformance culture and creating and rolling out our performance management systems & professional development plans
  
• You will oversee and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale motivation and productivity across our business
  
• You will collaborate extensively with senior management to address organisational development needs and to drive continuous improvement efforts
  
• You will work with Line Managers on devising and rolling out a unique L&D strategy for our Genies
  
• You will provide leadership and guidance on all employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and compliance with law & regulations
  
• You will work with our accountants on managing our payroll and overseeing our benefits structure
  
• You will be responsible for team happiness; organising our socials managing our Guilds overseeing our Equality Diversity & Inclusion program and dispatching our quarterly wellbeing surveys
  
• You will administer our HRIS providing meaningful data back to the business
  
• You will use new technologies to automate your work as much as possible
  
• You will have the freedom to own what you do because at Genie AI every employee is a founder
  

About you

• You have proven experience of successfully developing and implementing HR strategies in a rapidly scaling environment
  
• You can demonstrate ability to drive change and foster innovation in a dynamic and fast paced organisation
  
• You possess strong understanding of employment law and regulations with the ability to ensure compliance across all HR functions
  
• You have experience handling sensitive and private information and are able to keep these matters confidential
  
• You can communicate succinctly and accessibly to internal and external stakeholders alike and are able to build trust and credibility at all levels of the business
  
• You possess strong emotional intelligence and are able to maintain healthy and professional working relationships in a small but rapidly growing team
  
• Youre keen to work independently as well as collaborate at times with a rapidly growing diverse team
  
• You are a First Principles thinker
  
• You have a keen interest in all things technology and are tech savvy

Interview process

• You will initially meet our Talent Acquisition Manager Charlette and complete a takehome task. This will be followed by aTechnical chat with our CoFounder Rafie and finish off with a Culture Interview with our Technical Lead Daniele & our Product Manager Snezh!
