Job Description

Job Summary: You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our range of security camera products and solutions. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage key accounts, and foster strong relationships with clients to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for security camera products. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance. • Identify new business opportunities and target markets, and develop strategies to capitalize on them. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly. • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product offerings and promotions. • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the security camera industry. • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams. • In-depth knowledge of security camera technologies, surveillance systems, and related products. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
