Salary Range: $125000.00 $155000.00

• Bachelors in Art Design or related field.
• 5 10 years of experience in the casino gaming industry
• Strong understanding of Design Composition Color Motion Graphics & Visual Effects.

About the Role

The Art Manager will lead the visual side of our Game Development Studio in Austin TX. Working closely with the Head of Studio you'll set the artistic direction to create game content.

Responsibilities

• Communication with the Head of Studio to track project progress and ensure visual components meet standards.
• Conducting art reviews to assess composition graphics prototypes themes and identify new market opportunities.
• Handson design work to actively contribute to project development.
• Identifying and managing thirdparty and external resources.
• Managing art assets and game creation using Jira for project management.
• Providing feedback to enhance existing work and address areas for improvement.
• Leading the adoption of new production methods tools and artistic styles.
• Leading talent acquisition efforts to hire new team members.
• Collaborating with other studio leaders to deliver innovative games that resonate in the market.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and artistic quality.

Requirements

• Experience in a Senior Art Leadership role.
• Mandatory experience in casino gaming.
• Proficiency in Unity and extensive knowledge of design principles composition color theory motion graphics and visual effects.
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite particularly After Effects and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Trapcode Suite Element 3D or Particle Illusion software is advantageous.
• Knowledge of 3D packages such as 3DS Max Maya Blender and Unity.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply past learnings effectively.
• Proactive problemsolving skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
