Our products incorporate distribution APIs payment integrations ERP integration Data Lakes User Interfaces and others. Our search API reach peaks of more than 50.000 requests per second each one consisting of tens or hundreds of hotels with continued expansion.

In this role you will

We are looking for a Transformation Programme Director to join the Business Transformation Office and collaborate with the senior leadership team. The primary focus of this role is to define implement and oversee the endtoend transformation journey in alignment with the overall business strategy. The Director will be responsible for managing technology people and the implementation of new transformational projects.

This position demands the ability to generate innovative ideas and apply pragmatic thinking to ensure swift and efficient execution. We are looking for an individual who can think outside the box and execute with a fresh approach emphasizing datadriven decisionmaking and placing digital/technology at the forefront of the transformation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide effective leadership to crossfunctional teams ensuring collaboration and commitment to the transformation objectives.
• Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders including executives department heads and external partners.
• Implement robust change management processes to facilitate smooth transition and adoption of new initiatives across the organization.
• Manage and optimize the budget for the transformation program ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of the transformation initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with the transformation ensuring proactive risk management.
• Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the transformation journey.
• Oversee the integration of technology solutions to support and enhance business processes as part of the transformation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement promoting agility and adaptability to evolving business needs.

• Indepth knowledge and experience in the travel industry is highly preferred.
