Still I Rise an international NGO works towards development and the realization of humanitarian projects aiming at providing education and support to refugee children and youth is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Donors & Partnership Coordinator. This role is integral to securing financial support for our organizations programs through various channels.
The Donors & Partnership Coordinator at Still I Rise will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with corporate donors highnetworth individuals trusts and foundations. Responsibilities include researching funding opportunities developing compelling funding proposals monitoring the outcomes of funded programs and providing regular reporting to donors. Further representing Still I Rise at events and meetings with major donors and collaborating with Still I Rises global teams to ensure effective fundraising management.
Key Responsibilities:
Donor Engagement: Cultivate and steward strong relationships with corporate donors highnetworth individuals trusts and foundations to secure financial support for Still I Rises programs.
Funding Opportunities Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential corporate donors highnetworth individuals and funding opportunities from trusts and foundations that align with Still I Rises mission and programs.
Proposal Development:. Create persuasive comprehensive and coherent funding proposals that highlight the impact of Still I Rises programs and meet the specific requirements of donors.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track the outcomes of received funding ensure proper implementation of funded programs and provide regular reporting and accountability to donors in accordance with established requirements.
Events: When needed represent Still I Rise at events and meetings with major donors presenting our organizations mission impact and funding needs.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with fundraising team members and other departments at Still I Rise to ensure effective management of fundraising activities and smooth communication regarding opportunities and challenges.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
Full English proficiency both verbal and written; the working knowledge of at least oneother language amongst Italian french spanish is considered an advantage
Full English and Italian proficiency both verbal and written.
Minimum 35 years of experience managing relationships with corporate donors highnetworth individuals and/or funding from trusts and foundations.
Proven ability to engage and steward donors effectively managing and coordinating multiple donor relationships simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy and completeness of required information.
Indepth understanding of the nonprofit funding sector including best practices for donor research relationship management and proposal development.
Demonstrated ability to write persuasive funding proposals with clear compelling and errorfree writing.
Be selfmotivated solutionfocused and persuasive; comfortable meeting new people and able to impress and motivate Still I Rise current and potential donors;
Ability to quickly adapt demonstrating flexibility and rapid learning capabilities.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
