Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative energetic and dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and branding strategies to enhance our brand image and increase customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing and branding. The candidate should also possess exceptional research and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to enhance the companys brand image.
- Develop and maintain the companys social media presence and engagement.
- Plan and execute events and campaigns that promote the companys products and services.
- Manage public relations and media outreach to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to make datadriven decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or a related field.
- At least 2 year of experience in social media marketing branding event management and public relations management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and a demonstrated ability to think creatively.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
