Responsibilities:
- Discover and attract top talent using various sourcing methods.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to gain deep insights into job specifications.
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates and keep candidate pipelines active.
- Engage passive candidates through outreach and networking.
- Organize and manage candidate databases while effectively monitoring progress.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 C1 level).
- Highspeed internet access.
- Preferred but not mandatory: Experience in IT recruiting.
- Nice to have: German language skills.
