Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Corporate Sales Manager for one of our esteemed clients in the technology sector. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through B2B sales efforts particularly focusing on establishing and expanding the corporate clientele base in designated regions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities a proven track record in corporate sales and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Establish Sales Network:
- Identify and develop new markets including Tier 2/3 cities/zones to achieve regional business targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with corporate clients (existing and potential) to drive growth and revenue objectives.
- Cultivate a diverse portfolio of partners affiliates and agencies to facilitate corporate acquisition and revenue generation.
- Operational Efficiencies:
- Build track and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets within commercial complexes corporate entities and partner organizations.
- Monitor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily basis.
- Coordinate site installations between customers and crossfunctional teams within our organization.
- Customer Focus:
- Understand customer requirements and effectively articulate problem statements to tailor product offerings.
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key decisionmakers (KDMs) within the customer portfolio to maximize value.
- Create a pipeline for upselling and crossselling opportunities to existing accounts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 7 years of experience in corporate sales preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills with excellent organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of taking ownership and scaling up teams.
- Proficiency in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators including ROI and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently as well as drive sales strategy for the team.
- Startup experience would be advantageous.
