Job Description

- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of software and product testing within the company.
- This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports
- Knowledge of automated test tools; selenium or alike
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements and specifications
- Execute both manual and automated test cases to validate the functionality and performance of software applications
- Identify, track, and report defects using bug-tracking systems
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements
- Conduct root cause analysis and work with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to provide QA updates and insights
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance
