Position Title: L1 Technical Inbound Support (3Month Trial)
Work Setup: Onsite/Hybrid
Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: Php 25000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A L1 TECHNICAL INBOUND SUPPORT

Your Responsibilities as a L1 Technical Inbound Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients resellers addressing inquiries concerns and technical issues promptly and professionally.
Understand and meticulously document resellers issues and requirements to ensure accurate and efficient resolution.
Collaborate closely with the support team to relay resellers feedback ensuring continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
Provide clear and effective responses to resellers once solutions are identified ensuring they are fully informed and satisfied with the resolution.
Utilize expertise in conference/meeting equipment or devices to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues faced by resellers.
Generate and maintain tickets in the clients ticketing system accurately documenting reported issues and actions taken for future reference and analysis.
Prior experience with any helpdesk or customer care ticketing system is advantageous.
Participate in regular weekly or biweekly meetings with clients to discuss updates address ongoing issues and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Actively engage in product training sessions to stay updated with new product launches and enhancements ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective support provision.

Qualifications as a L1 Technical Inbound Support

Proven experience in technical support or customer service roles preferably in the field of conference/meeting equipment or devices.
Proficiency in basic troubleshooting techniques and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
Familiarity with helpdesk or customer care ticketing systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to undergo training and continuous learning to stay updated with evolving products and technologies.
