Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling networking and social media.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and followups.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure winwin outcomes for both parties.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively from lead generation to closure ensuring timely followups and accurate documentation of all sales activities.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company consistently striving for excellence in performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the management team regarding customer needs market trends and product/service enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales with at least X years of experience in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales techniques strategies and principles.
- ResultsOriented: Highly motivated and targetdriven with a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive sales environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
