Fashion TV is urgently hiring for Business Development Executive (MUMBAI based candidates only)

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling networking and social media.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and followups.
  3. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure winwin outcomes for both parties.
  5. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively from lead generation to closure ensuring timely followups and accurate documentation of all sales activities.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company consistently striving for excellence in performance.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  9. Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the management team regarding customer needs market trends and product/service enhancements.

  1. Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven track record of success in sales with at least X years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  5. Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales techniques strategies and principles.
  6. ResultsOriented: Highly motivated and targetdriven with a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive sales environment.
  7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  8. TechSavvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is preferred.
  9. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  10. Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism integrity and ethical behavior in all interactions.
